League champions URA FC and current leaders Express FC will conclude the first round of the Bell Lager Uganda Super League in the first week of the new year with subsequent fixtures at their respective grounds.
URA who lie in second position will play in a rescheduled fixture over the rejuvenated Fire Masters at their home ground in Lugazi on January 6. The tax collectors have 26 points one less than current leaders Express,but will come up against a side Fire Masters FC that has picked eight points out of its four games and last tasted defeat in November against Proline FC.
Express who lead the 15 team league and have bagged ten points from the last four games with their most impressive 5-2 win against winless Utoda FC a week ago and were declared “Christmas Champions”. They host an indifferent KCC FC who have had a wobbly season and have picked four points from their last four games in the league.
The Kasasiro boys like being in such situations and pop up with a shocker.
