SC Villa turned on the style to gobble hapless Utoda FC in the Bell Lager Uganda Super this afternoon in a double header played at Mutesa II stadium,Wankulukuku.
Noah Semakula, with a curving shot in the 26 minute opened the scoring for the Jogoos and fourty two minutes later Herman Waswa doubled the lead with a tricky low
shot to give his side a comfortable half time lead.
Ayub Kisalita with a header in the 50th minute and then a low shot by center back Steven Sekiyizivu in the 89 minute was the final nail in the coffin to give the taxi men their tenth defeat of the season. The win pushed Villa to seventh in the 15 team league.
Earlier Express FC beat KCC FC 2-1 controversially with Ismail Kazibwe giving the Red Eagles the lead, but a controversial penalty scored by Yayo Lutimba gave them a win over their hot rivals in this local derby. Lutimba, was fouled in the penalty box,but from television replays it looked like a soft penalty to which had KCC players mobbing the center referee Abdu Temaligwe. KCC had levelled matters through their new acquisition Andy Ssali in the 35 minute.
