Proline F.C target top four

Proline F.C will be looking at getting into the top four of the Bell Uganda Super League table with a win over struggling UTODA on Friday. With immediate threats Masaka LC and KCC FC not in action, Proline will utilize the opportunity to climb and pressure back on the on form top two sides.

That quest continues with the visit to Wankulukuku stadium with Abdullah Mubiru’s side one of the team to take a point off Utoda this season. On that occasion it was a goalless draw under then Mujib Kasule as coach.

The selection talk at Proline has already centered at the clubs top scorer Wadri William (5) has been given the start alongside midfield maestros Gift Ali and Apollo Razak. The absence of Andrew Buteera and Robert Lopidia to knee and groin injuries respectively will continue to affect the performance of Mubiru’s side on the field.

Also the absence of yasin Mugabi, off on national duty will see Mubiru pass the barton to third choice ivan Ntabi, nrglection second choice Charles Lukwago. For Utoda though the rest of the season is consolation after their struggling recovery has failed to yield anything.

But with a relegation threat on the line Utoda seem to give it a last minute shot as the likes of Xzinda Hussein and Noordin Kaweesi are expected to carry their teammates shoulder high. Utoda survived relegation in the final stages of last season by eight points though it doesn’t look like they will repeat the feat this time round.
