URA FC Target top spot

Namboole – 6.00 pm Live SS9, EAST

URA FC are targeting top spot when they host resurgent Victors FC at Namboole in the last of the two double headers live on SS9, East. With leaders Express FC not in action, a win for Alex Isabirye’s side will lift them to top spot on 46 points two ahead of the Wankuluku based side. The tax collectors last outing was a disappointing one all draw with KCC though

they were missing most of their key players in skipper Manco Kaweesa, Simeone Masaba, Kayizzi Vicent and left back Allan Munaaba.

However, Isabirye is optimistic he expects some of them to be available today. On form Feni Ali and leading scorer Robert Ssentongo will shoulder the burden. On the contrary, Sula Kato’s Victor side will want to replicate the form exhibited in the 2-0 win over Bidco in the last outing. Eric Ssebuguzi, Kizito Denis, Katwere Isaac and Ivan Ntege must be key if they to salvage a decent result. The Jinja based side lie 11th on 29 points with six games remaining to end the season.
