Former SC Villa skipper Tony Ndolo has penned a two year deal with super league giants KCC FC. The Kenyan born defender cum midfielder has been clubless eversince his contract with Tanzania’s Yanga FC expired at the end of last year.
Ndolo is a gifted and versatile player who can play in defence as well as in midfield. He was captain of the Villa Park side that lifted the Bell Uganda Cup in 2009 after beating URA FC 2-1 in the finals at Nakivubo stadium.Meanwhile, George Nsimbe’s side has also signed former Express FC striker Ibrahim Jjingo who spent most of last season in Rwanda with Kiyovu FC, defender Ronnie Kisekka who is a free agent after his contract with Proline Soccer Academy came to an end and left full back Henry Kalanzi from Victors FC. The latter is poised to fill the void left by Joseph Ocaya who joined Ghana’s giant club Asante Kotoko. The quartet join new boys Tony Odur, Alex Tuliraba, Yuda Mugalu and Julius Ogwang who signed from Vipers SC, Maroons FC, DCM Pembe and Express FC respectively.
The club has also confirmed that U-20 goalie Jamal Salim has agreed personal terms to join them though negotiations with his club Express FC are on going. The lanky goal keeper is already training with the city authority side.
