University League: UMU 0-4 MUST
MUST were in indomitable form as they brushed aside a lackluster UMU side to earn a resounding 4-0 win at Nkozi grounds.

Mbarara side was irrepressible with Siraje Musinde putting in first-rate performances with a first half hat trick in the 20th, 26th and 33rd minute. MUST’s superiority was clear from the off as they dominated possession with Mathius Ssenyondo performing brilliantly in midfield, seemingly able to cut apart the UMU defence with a scything pass or a searing dribble.

It took 20 minutes for Muhammed Kyagambidwa’s men to break the UMU resistance and it was Siraje who got the opener for the MUST side and this opened the floodgates.

Siraje bagged his second of the night after being brought down and later complicated his hatrick in the 33rd minute of the game giving his side a first half time lead giving the doctors jubilations around Nkozi.

IN the 72nd minute Derrick Agaba hit the last nail to ensure that MUST gained their first points in the League as the woes of UMU continue. “This win acted as a catalyst for motivation for my players and gears us up for the next match” said Kyagambidwa.

As for UMU they were lamenting of no support from the University administration, and no allowances as part of their failures within the league.
