Former Cranes midfielder Johnson Bagoole has joined Kenya Premier League side Sofapaka FC.

According to Michezoafrika.com, the former Iganga TC, Express FC and Rayon Sport utility player has penned a two year deal at the club once managed by Ugandan Coach Sam Ssimbwa.

“Bagoole is a utility player who can virtually fit in any position on the field. He can play both as a midfielder or a defender”, Sofapaka tactician David Ouma said.

Bagoole follows in the footsteps of former Ugandan midfielders Musa Mudde and Hakim Ssenkumba who also played for ‘Batoto Ba Mungu’.

Bagoole who also featured for Rwanda’s APR FC and Rayon Sport is expected to make his debut this Saturday against former KPL winners AFC Leopards.
