Uganda’s group J 2014 World Cup qualifiers opponents Senegal will square off against former Africa Champions Zambia in an international friendly match at Saint Leu Stadium Paris, France.

Senegal have only omitted their Chelsea star Demba Ba and Newcastle’s Papisse Cisse in the game against Zambia with the latter suspended for the World Cup qualifier against Uganda.

For Chipolopolo, all the players summoned with the exception of skipper Christopher Katongo, James Chamanga and Chisamba Lungu are available for selection.

The friendly game is intended to act as a rehearsal for both teams ahead of their crucial 2014 World Cup qualifiers final group games with Senegal preparing to face Uganda while Zambia takes on Ghana in a game they must win to top group D and advance to the final stages.

Senegal meets Uganda on September 7 at Marrakesh Stadium, Morocco; a game they just need to draw to maintain leadership of group J and advance to the final round.

Like Senegal, Uganda also faces Africa Nations Cup record winners Egypt this Wednesday in El Gouna in a warm-up game.
