Kenya Vs Ethiopia – 4PM – Nyayo stadium. Live on SS9East

Hosts Kenya will go for nothing but victory when they entertain much improved South Sudan in their second group A game at Nyayo stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Harambe Stars were held to a goal-less draw by Ethiopia’s Walyas in the opener and know that only victory against the Bright Stars will keep their hopes of reaching the quarterfinals alive.

Kenya are expected to have Coach Adel Amrouche back on the bench after mysteriously missing against Ethiopia for a yet to be known reasons and will take nothing for granted against a side only making their second appearance in the competition.

Allan Wanga, Edwin Lavasta and Jacob Keli are expected to lead the hunt for goals as Peter Opiyo and Francis Kahata are expected to keep things tick in the middle of the pack.

Joackins Atudo and David Owino are expected to man the back-line while Sofapaka’s Duncan Ochieng will maintain his slot between the posts.

South Sudan will look to Fabiano Erias Lako and Mogga for inspiration. The duo was brilliant against Zanzibar in their opener.

South Sudan needs only victory to keep their chances of reaching the quarter finals for the first time in history.
