FUFA super league log leaders, Vipers Football Club will be aiming to stretch their lead at the summit of the super league log when they host Bright Stars this Friday.

Fresh from a 1 – 0 home victory over army Side, Simba football club, Vipers, curently on 35 points will look at the Bright Stars’ game as a lease of life to stretch the lead. “The boys are in brilliant form to do it”, Golola, Vipers’s head tactician says ahead of the fixture to be held at home ground, in Kitende.

Faruku Mia scored from a well taken set piece to give Vipers a 3 point lead over army side, Simba on Tuesday. But Bright Stars, still basking from that 2 -1 victory over Soana at Nakivubo will hope that lead striker, Anthony striker will replicate the form that has seen him score in the last 2 games.

The towering tricky forward, Hassan Kikoyo and the ever enterprising diminutive midfielder, Medi Kakeeto are the other threats expected to cause havoc to Vipers’ backline.

Elsewhere, at Nakivubo Stadium, SC Villa entertains Kira Young, while Entebbe Football Club hosts Masaka Local Council at Wankulukuku Stadium. Victoria University will be hosted by  Soana at Namboole Stadium.

At kakindu stadium in Jinja, Kibirige Jackson, who struck for BUL in their 1 all draw with CRO on Tuesday will be in the spotlight as the home team hosts Express.
