SCVU Vs Al Shandy 8 P.M At Khartoum Stadium

Uganda’s representatives at the ongoing Cecafa Cup Winners Cup, Victoria University face a reality test as they come face to face with Sudanese Club, Al Shandy in the semifinals.

Morley Byekwaso’s side, the only team yet to concede thus far welcomes back the creative midfielder, Muzamiru Mutyaba (sat out Mbeya City’s quarterfinal duel)

The only need for concern for SCVU lies on the fact that none of their strikers has seen the back of the net in the 4 games played.

Midfielders Muzamiru Mutyaba, Jackson Kibirige (3) and defender Murushid Jjuuko have been the lucky players on target for SCVU.

Against an attack minded Al Shandy side, 3-0 winners over Malakia in the quarter finals, the SCVU backline with need to play a cautious game as the other departments of the team rhyme to perfection.

The other semifinal will see Kenyan giants, AFC Leopards take on Burundi’s surprise pack, Academie Tchite.
