40th Gothia Youth Football Cup:

Gothia football cup defending champions, Kampala Junior Team (KJT) have been officially flagged today at the team’s main head quarters in Katwe, Kampala.

“We are eager to defend the crown we won last year”, team skipper, Sulait Luzigge remarked.

The flag off ceremony was witnessed by the Chairman, Uganda Youth Football Association (UYFA), John Bosco Masiko and a national council of Sports official, John Katende.

KJT joins Kent Sports Academy as the second youth team to leave Uganda for the world’s biggest Youth football tournament where over 1666 players are expected from teams all over the world.
