Uganda Vs Seychelles
At Lugogo Stadium
Uganda Cranes embarks on the first of the two International friendly games today with a date against Seychelles national team at the Phillip Omondi stadium in Lugogo.
Seychelles who jetted into the country earlier in the week have been training at Rubaga boys grounds.
The Indian Ocean nation is preparing for their AFCON qualifier against Gabon as Uganda hosts Mauritania on the 19th July 2014.
Majority of the Uganda Cranes who have been playing in the Na – Mutima regional tour have been maintained as many of the foreign based bulk are expected starting next week.
Micho is expected to give all the players currently in camp a run in at some stage of the game.
With the exception of Denis Masende Onyango, the three goal keepers in the camp, Robert Odongkara, Benjamin Ochan and Ismail Watenga are all available for selection.
The defenders apart from Kenyan based Godfrey Walusimbi and Andrew Mwesigwa (Khazakstan ) are the only ones missing.
Midfield department:
Geofrey ‘Baba’ Kizito, Moses Oloya, William Luwagga Kizito and Mike Azira will not be available as they are yet to join camp while South African Geofrey Massa is the only missing striker of the four forwards named.
