KCC FC (Uganda) vs Telecom (Djibouti) – 2.00pm @Amahoro stadium

Brian Umony and Brian Majwega have been named in the KCC FC’s starting XI against Telecom of Djibouti.

The Cranes duo came off the bench and inspired a comeback win against Kenya’s Gor Mahia FC in their opening game with each bagging a goal in the 2-1 victory.

Majwega replaces injured Tom Masiko whilst Umony comes in Steven Bengo and is expected to play alongside youthful striker Derrick Nsibambi who comes in perhaps for Herman Wasswa.

Besides, the rest of the players maintain their berths with Yasin Mugabi in goal while Sakka Mpiima, Ayub Kizza, Ronnie Kisekka and Simon Namwanja continue to form the back four. Hakim Ssenkumba, Owen Kasule and William Wadri also start.

Besides injured Tom Masiko, the rest of the players on the team are on the bench.

KCC FC leads group B on goals scored as they tie on 3 points with Rwanda’s APR FC while Gor Mahia, Atletico and Telecom; who play their first game today are pointless.
