APR FC maybe without reliable defender Emery Bayisenge for the quarter final clash against rivals Rayon Sport due to injury.
The two sides face off in the Kigali derby on Tuesday at Kigali Regional stadium, Nyamirambo in what is arguably the biggest clash of the stage but the army side is likely to be without their best centre back.
Bayisenge suffered an injury in the 2-2 draw with Kenya’s Gor Mahia FC and sat out the 1-0 loss against Uganda’s KCC FC on Sunday.
The number 8 has been instrumental in APR FC’s road to the last eight keeping things tight at the back but also got on the score sheet with a beauty of a free kick in 1-0 victory over Burundi’s Atletico.
