Sadolin Paints FC 0-0 URA FC

Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) and Sadolin Paints will wait a little longer for their first maximum points in the Uganda Premier League (UPL) after the two sides shared spoils again on match day two.

Five-time champions URA were not clinical enough to salvage a victory on their visit to Bugembe Stadium on Friday.

The stalemate leaves coach Alex Isabirye’s side on two points, same tally with Paints, who had a 1-all draw against BUL a week ago.

Isabirye made four changes in his starting line-up that drew 1-1 in their opener with Bright Stars but none of the alterations yielded a shift in results on the pitch.

In a nutshell, six teams failed to score on the day as SC Villa beat Lweza 2-0 at home in Mityana.

Hosts Simba could not respond to Joseph Mpande’s 89th minute goal as Vipers made a winning start away in Bombo.

At Namboole, neither Morley Byekwaso’s SC Victoria University nor Matia Lule’s Entebbe Young could score.
