Two on form teams in the Uganda Premier League, table leaders, SC Villa and second placed Police football club lock horns during the match day 3 action.

This game will be hosted at the Kavumba recreational stadium in Wakiso district. Coming into this fixture, SC Villa has not a point neither having they conceded any goal.

The 16 time record champions will however face a battle for fitness as 3 of their season revelations – striker Karim Ndugwa (on two goals), Vice Captain, Fred Nkata and midfielder, Hassan Wasswa Mawanda traveled over 400 km to Gulu for the national team regional tour (Cranes won 5 – 0 over northern region  select team).

Perhaps should the 3 fail to recover in time, SC Villa has able replacements in Isaac Kirabira, David Bagole and Ronald Muganga to play alongside established first time players – Steven Bengo, Derrick Walulya, goalie Ali Kimera, Justus Anena and a host of other players.

Both sides boost of the Uganda Premier league top scorers (see full list here) in Umar Kasumba (Police) and SC Villa’s Karim Ndugwa with two goals apiece.
