Top amateur golfers together with corporates will share the same course tomorrow(Friday) at the second edition of the Motorcare Open tournament that will be held at the par 73 Uganda Golf Club, Kitante.
The yearly tournament that is organised by the Uganda Golf Club, will see respective individual players and teams playing in a stableford format. “I will be playing tomorrow and expect to have a good round of golf,” Abbey Bagalana, national player said. “I believe it will be a good challenging tournament.”
The tournament is an invitational with close to 180 golfers expected ahead of several golf activities this year that will be spread country-wide. Notable golfers expected to play include Frank Ngabo, Gloria Mbaguta, Brenda Ngabo Tuhaise, Dr Kathy Kabenge, Anne Abeja Muhwezi, Sammy Migunda, Gerald Kabuye, Gideon Kagyenzi, Joseph Mawejje, Alex Mugisha just to mention.
