Four days to the long awaited kick off of the AFCON 2015 qualifier between Uganda and Togo at Mandela national stadium Namboole, Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has announced, match tickets are go on sale this Tuesday.

“The Marketing department of Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has released the selling points for the tickets of the Nations cup qualifiers between Uganda and Togo and tickets will be sold effective Tuesday, 7th October 2014”, Ahmed Hussein, the federation spokesperson revealed to Kawowo Sports.

The match ticket selling points have multiplied from a handful 10 to 29. Some of the new selling points include; Jude Colour Solution (Prime Complex), Quality Gumex (Jesco Center), Nakumatt Shopping Mall (Entebbe), Makubuya shop in Jinja and a cross section of other centers within and the peripheral of Kampala.

The ticket distribution started on Monday with the official selling process expected to commence Tuesday at the designated selling points.

The FUFA spokesperson however urges the fans to buy the tickets early and avoid the 11th hour rush and warns against buying fake tickets. 

“You can only avoid fake tickets by buying your tickets early at the various designated selling points. All those with fake tickets will be brought to book, because we shall screen the tickets at every entry”, he warned.

Togo is expected to arrive in the country this Wednesday at around 7 p.m.

Meanwhile, the Cranes entered residential training on Sunday afternoon and are expected to have a light session on Monday evening before fitness and special ball drills are perfected in the remaining days. 

After the Saturday fixture, there will be no time for rest for the two teams as they face each other the coming Wednesday in the return leg.
