In their debut season, Vision Volleyball Camp (VVC) ladies are still proving that they are a force to reckon with on the local scene.
Already eight titles in ten tournaments, VVC want to qualify for the finals of the NSSF Volleyballs League, which will be their 11th finals by the way.
But they have to go past UCU Lady Doves in the best of three semifinals, which VVC leads 1-0 after their 3-0 triumph in game one.
“We hope to get to the finals since we already have an advantage over our semifinal opponents,” said VVC’s Zaina Kagoya.
“UCU is not a week team, all the teams that made the playoffs were her on merit, the reason we don’t want to take them lightly.”
“We will approach game two the way we did game one, with confidence,” she added.
UCU will hope to tame VVC’s vicious attacks, never say die attitude of their back court defenders.
The Mukono based side’s reception will also need to be up to task if they are to deal with VVC’s intimidating services.
