URA FC 2-2 Vipers SC

Former Champions URA FC and Vipers SC played out a 2-2 draw in a Uganda Premier League match at Mehta Grounds Lugazi.
Vincent Kayizzi gave the visitors an early lead before goals from Frank Kalanda saw the tax men take a half time lead.

The hosts who were marching towards breaking Vipers SC unbeaten run this season were however stunned as returning skipper Joseph Mpande hit an equalizer towards the end of the game to ensure the two shared the spoils.

The draw cut Vipers SC’s lead at the top to just two points after wins for SC Villa and Express FC but ensured they prolong their unbeaten run to 8 games.
URA FC remains 6th on the log with 14 points.
