Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and South Sudan have risen places in the latest FIFA Ranking released on Thursday March 12, 2015.

Uganda; 76th last month is now ranked 74th with 478 points and number 20 in Africa.

Rwanda were the biggest movers in the CECAFA region having risen from 72nd in February to 64th in March.

South Sudan and Sudan also moved a place and two from 189th to 188th and 112th to 110th respectively.

Other movers included Tanzania who moved seven places into the top 100th from 107th.

Neighbors and 2013 CECAFA Challenge Cup winners slopped two places to 118th from 116th in February.

Algeria remains the top ranked nation in Africa in number 18 followed by African Champions Cote d’Ivoire, losing finalists Ghana, Tunisia and Senegal in 20, 24, 25 and 36 respectively.

The only change in the top ten in the World saw Italy leapfrog Spain in number 10.
