Season 5 of the Friday Night Lights basketball hit the climax last night at YMCA. Team Amoding were crowned champions for the first time following their 51-40 win over Team Blick.
Team Amoding had been dominant through this season of the fun basketball event and have won the competition unbeaten with the captain Moreen Amoding shooting lights out of opponents.
Team Amoding shot Team Koma out of FNL with a 52-37 to get to final and did the same to Team Blick who saw off Team Legends at the semis.
Team Blick meanwhile have stumbled for a second year running as they fell to Team Ikong last.
The winner of the event walked away a cash prize of Ugx 3 Million and the runner up took home Ugx 1.5 Million
The grand finale saw performances from Big Tril and Irene Ntale.
