URA F.C (Uganda) Vs Orlando Pirates (South Africa), Agg: 1-2

The former Buccancer, Helman Mkhalele fears the goal Orlando Pirates conceded at home in their CAF Confederation cup first-leg meeting against URA F.C can derail them on Saturday.

The Soweto giants travel with a 2-1 goal edge in to the return leg which be played at Namboole stadium in the Uganda’s capital, Kampala.

Speaking to KickOff.com, Mkhalele warned the Bucs to void conceding an early goal.

“If they (URA) score first, then they will have the advantage because of away goals rule.”

“The aim then is that the Pirates must make sure that their opponents don’t get an early goal. What will be more ideal for Pirates is to score during the opening stages of the game as this will make it much tougher for the Ugandan side.”

“Pirates won the first leg but we can’t underestimate the side they are playing against. If they can score away from home imagine what they are capable of doing it in front of their fans.” the Ex-Bafana Bafana adds.

URA F.C enter Saturday’s tie breaker without suspended striker Robert Ssentogo who is joined by injured Peter Lwasa and Frank Kalanda on the side lines.
