By way of celebrating their league cup victory, Vipers FC organized a thanksgiving function as they gave back to the fans for the support rendered throughout the season.
All Vipers’ fans were welcomed at Buikwe stadium this afternoon to celebrate with the Club’s president Lawrence Mulindwa and other club officials.
Mulindwa thanked all the fans who saw Viper grow to a big team.
I thank our loyal fans who have been with the team since it was still Bunamwaya to Vipers, and as a team we are looking forward to grow bigger in the Ugandan football.
Mulindwa further recognized the impact of Sport Club Villa on Uganda Football in the just concluded season.
I would like to appreciate the efforts of Eng Ben Missaga in his absence for all he has done for Villa, at least we have seen more fans come back to the stadium than.
Hundreds of fans kept chanting the Viper motto “one team, one dream” has they were assured free lunch and drinks coupled with free entrance to Viper’s last game.
Vipers hosts Bul FC in their last game at Buikwe as they sign off the season as the champions.
