Ahead of Game 2 of the National Basketball League Playoffs between Stanbic Warriors and KIU Titans on Friday night, Warriors coach has said the pressure is on KIU.

Titans who were tipped to sweep the series fell to Warriors 74-69 in the series opening game and Ronnie Mutebi believes the pressure will be on KIU when the two face off at Lugogo tonight.

“I think the pressure is on the them (KIU)” Mutebi told Kawowo Sports. “Ofcourse we have some bit of pressure because we want to win the game as well but the pressure is not as much as theirs” he added.

Mutebi said his charges are ready to complete the job they started on Sunday and they would want to get into the decider.

“The guys are ready for the game. Ronnie (Kasewu) had a slight knock but he has shaken it off” he said. “All the guys here don’t want to go into the decider and will give it their all”

Warriors shot a 57% from the field compared to KIU’s 67% but Mutebi thinks they can shoot better and also attempt more.

“I think we need to even shoot better tonight”
