Hundreds of soccer hungry fans alike will patiently wait as three of the earlier scheduled Uganda Premier League fixtures for Tuesday, December 8, 2015 were postponed by the Uganda Premier League Secretariat.

A communique issued by the secretariat indicated games involving Vipers, Bright Stars and KCCA F.C would not take place because of some their players would be away with the national team, the Cranes on a state visit to Entebbe and Soroti to meet President Museveni, the head of state.

The matches that have been postponed are; Express F.C vs. Vipers SC, URA F.C vs. KCCA F.C and Maroons vs. Bright Stars.

Apart from Maroons all the other clubs have players on the Cranes team that won the CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup on Saturday after pipping Rwanda 1-0
