The Watoto Wasoka Christmas soccer camp that was first held in 2010 will kick start its fourth edition in Luwero Town Council from 28th December 2015 to 3rd January 2016.

The camp welcomes boys and girls under the age of 15 from all over the country, who are then divided into three different age groups of U11, U13, and U15.

Over 90 teams are expected to participate with 1500 boys and 100 girls making the 90 teams.

The camp is free of charge to participants and the Organization (Watoto Wasoka) takes care of both feeding and accommodation using donations from its friends.

CEO Watoto Wasoka, Francis Mugoya remarked;

This camp acts as a get together for the less privileged kids in Uganda. It also comes in form of celebrations given the fact that we always organize it during the festive season. It also gives a platform to these kids to show case their individual talents. Basically, i.t’s time for celebration

Winners in different categories will be rewarded with medals and trophies plus each participating team will walk away with a football.

In their last edition 2014-2015 held in Wakiso, the Organization managed to bring together 1452 kids.
