DR Congo Vs Angola – Huye stadium @ 3pm Local Time (4pm EAT)
Inaugural Africa Nations Champions DR Congo have set eyes on the last eight as they take on Southern Zone representatives Angola at Huye on Thursday.
The 2009 winners need to pick maximum points against the 2011 semi-finalists to confirm a slot in the quarter finals with a game to spare after thumping Ethiopia 3-0 in the first game at the same venue.
For Angola who lost their opener 1-0 against The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, a loss will see them leave the tournament at the earliest of stages and thus must at least pick a point against The Simba.
DR Congo will look to danger men Guy Lusadisu and Luvumbu Nzingu who both netted in the win against Ethiopia on day one.
In the late kick off in the same group, Cameroon who beat Angola in the first game face off with CECAFA representatives Ethiopia.
