Ronald Sebuguzi is determined to end the new season top. The three-time National rally Champion has set his sights on registering a podium finish in all rally events this year.

Sebuguzi’s chances of a fourth title came to naught in 2015 with a slow start to the season, barely finishing among the top three in the first four events.

The Mitsubishi driver would go on to finish second overall in the championship. Sebuguzi will be running second on the road in the season opening event in Mbarara and he hopes for different fortunes in 2016.

“Mbarara rally is an event we are looking forward to. Our priority is to get the most from it and build on that for the next events,” he said.

With two podium finishes last year, Sebuguzi emphasizes a podium finish strategy for the new season. “Our plan is to maintain a podium finish for every rally we take part in and the only way to achieve it is to be prepared, plan, drive fast and clean.”

“And its achievable for us since its what we set out for every time and we are focussed,” he added. Sebuguzi will cruise a Mistubishi Evo X along side Leon Ssenyange for the 2016 season.
