Morocco Vs Rwanda – Stade de Amahoro @ 4pm Local Time (5pm EAT)
Morocco will be out to utilize their only chance of reaching the last eight by beating hosts Rwanda in their final group A game.
The two nations face off at the Stade de Amahoro on Sunday afternoon with the Atlas Lions on one point after losing to Cote d’Ivoire and then sharing spoils with Gabon.
Besides hosts whose six points have already put them through to the last eight, the rest of the three teams have an opportunity to take the remaining one spot.
Permutations for Morocco to go through
It’s so simple although it’s not entirely in their own hands. First, they must beat Rwanda and hope that Cote d’Ivoire loses against Gabon.
That will take them to four points; same as Gabon anyway and the prayers will be that they win by a margin bigger than that of Gabon who share a similar head to head record.
