Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Football Club has secured the services of stylish midfielder Nicolas Kagaba from Sports Club Victoria University.

Kagaba has been a free agent after he filed to the FUFA Players’ status committee alleging SCVU for breach of contract after non payment of salaries accruing to four months.

The attacking midfielder signs two years that will expire in January 2018.

Kagaba told the club’s official website, www.urafc.co.ug;

I am happy to join the best club in Uganda and East Africa. I will work within the means to take forward the club’s goals and objectives. I am glad to join my football brother, Savio Kabugo whom we played with at SCVU and Kamwokya

URA F.C resumed training on last Monday fresh from winning the Mapinduzi peace cup in Zanzibar.

They are expected to play a Uganda Cup match away to Sun City in Kasese on 8th February 2016.

Kagaba’s departure from SCVU confirms the long exodus of players of players from the club owned by Kampala Central Member of Parliament, Muhammed Nsereko.
