Pre-Season Match:

AFC Leopards 9-0 Wajiji Contractors F.C

If the pre-season form for Kenya Premier league outfit, AFC Leopards is anything to go by, then the opposition is bound to get out of their shells and plan afresh.

The Kenyan giant club humiliated Embakasi based Wajiji Contractors FC 9-0 in a friendly fixture played on Wednesday morning.

The good news is that the club’s new Ugandan born signings Allan Kateregga and Yakubu Ramathan marked a winning start with the team.

The former even had a share on the ‘goal galore cake’ served at the Marist International school play-ground.

Kateregga, who was signed from Ushuru F.C had a well volleyed beautiful goal and so did another new signing, Andrew Tololwa.

Simon Abuko scored a brace as the other goals came from Clifton Miheso, Geoffrey Ouma, Lamine Diallo, Alfred Wekesa and Victor Omune.

The result might brought smiles across the technical bench especially Coach Jan Koops.

Another Ugandan, Israel Emuge was part of the defensive wall that kept a clean sheet.

AFC Leopards opens up the 2016 KPL campaign on a red letter day (Valentine’s day) against Mathare United.
