  • Soana F.C Vs BUL F.C – Kavumba Recreational Stadium (4:00 P.M)

Striker Simon Okwi is set to turn the guns to his former club when Soana FC entertains Bul F.C in the Uganda Cup on the International women’s day.

At stake is a quarter final slot for either successful side in the match that will be played at the Kavumba Recreational stadium in Wakiso District on Women’s day.

Okwi who was released mid-season by the Jinja side is expected to partner MUBS student, Musa Esenu in the quest for goals against an experienced BUL back line that has the tried and tested dread locked Derrick Walulya.

Soana F.C head coach, Charles Ayiekho Lukula has already indicated goalkeeper Muhammed Didi, who has been a regular for the club of late will not even make the substitutes’ bench.

Towering experienced shot-stopper Godfrey Wakabu will be considered ahead of teenager, Eric Dhaira.

BUL F.C is still celebrating a rare double over KCCA F.C in the league.

They will look to the returning goalkeeper Franco Oringa, Milton Karisa and the on form scoring gem, David Kizza for magic.

The second Uganda Cup match on the day will see Maroons F.C host Bright Stars F.C at the Luzira play ground.
