William Luwagga Kizito is a calm character off the field of play.

Often at times, the Feirense winger, on loan from Rio Ave in Portugal cracks occasional jokes before quickly returning to his normal shell.

Once he appears to the field of play, he wears a ‘lion’s heart’. He is fond of dribbling and taking the ball to the opposition with short crispy passes to teammates.

Against Botswana in Francistown, Luwagga was at his normal best.

He revealed to Kawowo Sports at the team hotel, Cresta Thapama in Francistown;

I played for my family members. I love my family.

It has always inspired me whenever I am on stadium for a match or training

A master run off the shoulders of the defenders by Luwagga to meet and control a perfectly chipped ball from Tonny Mawejje gave Uganda the early smiles.

“I anticipated Tonny (Mawejje) was going to pass that ball, ran into space and found it before side stepping the goalie” the former Vipers play maker noted.

Uganda plays Comoros on 3rd September 2016, a fixture whose victory will decide the fate of the Cranes.
