Uganda Cranes Vs Comoros – Nelson Mandela National Stadium, Namboole (4 p.m)

Uganda Cranes defender, Dennis Iguma will not be part of crucial match against Comoros in September 2016.

Iguma was cautioned in the match against Botswana at Francistown Sports Complex making it two bookings for the versatile player.

He was first booked against Comoros away when Uganda Cranes conceded a penalty that was saved by goalkeeper Denis Onyango.

Uganda Cranes head coach, Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic is aware of the development and has beefed up the right back department with four players.

We shall not be with Dennis (Iguma) but there are four potential players to fill the void

On Monday, 20th June 2016, the team kick started preparations for the Comoros game with the first training session barely two months to the game.

15 players who included Joseph Nsubuga (Bright Stars) and Nicholas Wadada (Vipers), two potential replacements at the right back role trained at the KCCA stadium in Kampala.

The Cranes will play against Eastern Regional select team on Saturday, 25th June 2016 at Mbale Municipal stadium.
