Lawrence Ndugga is set to play for Dumlupinar F.C in the club’ second s pre-season match against the 2015/16 Cyprus Premier League champions, Turk Ocagi Limasol in Bologna, Italy on Tuesday.
This is the club’s second game in the summer break after last Friday’s 2-1 away loss in Istanbul, Turkey.
Ndugga, a Ugandan on trials at the club featured prominently in the last friendly scoring Dumlupinar’s consolation in Turkey.
The striker cum midfielder remains optimistic of a great showing in the Tuesday evening game.
Since moving to Bologna in Italy for the pre-season, training has been good.
We have been training two times a day and it is great acclimatization to the playing style and weather is good.
All the players are my friends and I expect to perform well in the second build up match.
Ndugga has previously played at the army side, Simba, Kira Young and lately Bright Stars in the Uganda Premier League.
He has featured thrice in the U-23 team (Uganda Kobs) and twice for the senior team, Uganda Cranes.
