The Saints 1-2 Express

Express Football Club worked out for the second victory of the 2016/17 Uganda Premier League season with a 2-1 away victory to The Saints at the Bombo Military stadium on Saturday.

A deflected shot from Herman Nteza Wasswa and John Ssemazzi’s well taken winner was all Alex Gitta’s side needed to get the maximum points.

Former SC Villa midfielder Ivan ‘Kaloolo’ Kiweewa pulled a goal back for the home side coached by Moses Basena.

Express thus earns their second victory of the campaign and remains the fifth club that is unbeaten (the other four are Vipers, SC Villa, URA and Proline).
