Maroons 0-0 Ndejje University

Maroons and Ndejje University played to a goalless draw in a FUFA Big League duel played on Sunday at the Prisons playground in Luzira, Kampala.

It was a game of half chances created that witnessed either teams missing closely.

Hard working midfielder Erias ‘Eriya’ Lutaaya came close for the visitors as Maroons’ Patrick Kaddu and Kampampa getting close for the Prisons’ run side.

Despite the draw, Maroons stayed top of the Elgon Group with 14 points.

Ndejje University, who had earlier defeated Kyambogo F.C 5-2 last Thursday also get to 14 points, although with game more than Maroons.

The FUFA Big League returns this Thursday, 27th October 2016 with 9 games.

Three clubs shall be promoted to the Uganda Premier League next season.
