South Africa national football team, Bafana Bafana will face Mozambique in an international friendly match on Tuesday, 15th November 2016 at the 45,000 seater Estadio do Zimpeto in the capital city Maputo.

The two nations had last met at the Cape Town Stadium in the opening match of the 2014 CHAN tournament (Saturday, 11 January) where South Africa came back from a goal down to win 3-1 with two goals from Bernard Parker and one from Hlompho Kekana.

The Os Mambas, as the Mozambique national team is popularly known, is currently ranked 95th in the world and 25th on the continent – South Africa is 62nd and 13th respectively.

The match against Mozambique comes just three days after Bafana Bafana play Senegal in the second match of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia qualifiers.

The South Africa versus Senegal match will take place on Saturday, 12th November 2016 at Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.
