Three Uganda Cranes’ players plying their trade in Ethiopia with St George Football Club – Isaac Isinde, Yassar Mugerwa and goalkeeper Robert Odongkara return to action for the club this Sunday in the club’s second match of the campaign against Dedebit at the Addis Ababa national stadium.

The trio missed St George’s 3-0 victory against Arbaminch on match day one as they were in Kampala for Uganda Cranes’ 1-0 win past Congo Brazzaville in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier.

Defender Isinde and Odongkara played 90 minutes but Mugerwa was an unused substitute in the game and were not part of Kidus Giorgis’s opening victory.

St George’s opponent on Sunday (Dedebit) won their opener in class, 3-0 against Ethiopian Coffee with striker Getaneh Kebede netting a hat-trick.

On Saturday, Defense will host Ethiopian Coffee before a series of game the following day.

Meanwhile, two matches have been post poned. Hawassa City, home to another Ugandan Chrizestom Ntambi asked for the rescheduling of their match against Nigid Bank.

This follows the mourning of their goalkeeper who perished in a fire accident on Tuesday night.

In the same vein, Fasil Kenema versus Wolaita Dacha affair in Gondar has also be frozen due to political unrest.
