Egypt legendary goalkeeper, Essam El Hadary aspires to set another record at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations tournament.

Ahead of Egypt vs Uganda match, the 44-year-old shot stopper spoke with confidence at the pre-match press conference about his ambition of keeping a clean sheet during every game at the championship.

Our opponents are good enough and we respect them but we are working hard for a convincing victory where I have also not conceded.

El Hadary replaced an injured El-Shennawy mid-way the first half during the match against Mali last Tuesday to set a record as the oldest player ever to feature at the AFCON championship.

The good news though Sherif Ekramy who had been injured earlier has trained for the previous two sessions on Thursday and Friday.
