Despite beating Sadolin Paints 2-0 on league resumption, Police FC coach Abdallah Mubiru believes his side still has a lot to improve.

Hood Kaweesa and William Wadri scored two first half goals for the Cops in what was a dominant performance.

“First, I congratulate the boys for the spirited fight,” he told Kawowo Sports. “But there is still more to improve and I am positive the boys will adapt sooner,” he added.

The 2005 league champions created several chances but could only put away two, something that Mubiru says they must change.

I don’t believe we created enough but we should have put away those we created. It’s high time we started putting games to bed.

The win saw the 2006 CECAFA Kagame Cup winners move four points off the drop zone but the former Proline, KCCA and Vipers tactician calls for more ahead of the match against Proline on Tuesday.

This one is behind us now. The focus shifts to the next game and the boys know it. We shall take each game at once.

The former defensive midfielder so far enjoys a 100% start to his Cops career with 2 wins in as many games in all competitions with four goals scored and none conceded.
