Uganda Cranes defender Isaac Isinde is on the verge of joining a top flight Zambian club. Kawowo Sports can exclusively reveal that the former St George’s player departed Kampala on Sunday morning for Lusaka via Nairobi aboard a Kenya Airways flight with view of finding himself a new club.
According to close sources, the player has offers from two top flight clubs in the FAZ Super League, namely; Napsa Stars and newly promoted Buildcon FC.
Isinde who had been a mainstay within the Uganda Cranes set up and even featured at the Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon last January, is a free agent after his contract with St George’s lapsed last November.
The player has in recent times been linked with a move to Kenyan giants Gor Mahia and Ethiopian club Electricity.
The financial details of the deal remain scanty at present, but Kawowo Sports will share them with you in the next 48 hours when the deal is expected to be official.
