Anyau was analyzing the team’s overwhelming performance on the day after a brace from new signing Villa Oromchan and a Steven Luswata own goal won the game for the Jinja side.

It is very difficult to single out the man of the match, everyone played well against Express.  The players followed the instructions given to them before the match and the results are shown.

BUL took the lead as early as the 6th minute when a well stationed Oromchan connected home Yudah Mugalu’s telling delivery from the left.

Luswata, usually a midfielder was this time a makeshift right back and he mistakenly converted into his net after poor positioning under pressure from Oromchan and David Bagoole.

Ormochan then wrapped up the business with the third goal in the 63rd minute after being set up by Bagoole.

Almost all the BUL players on the day rose to the occasion but it was easy to identify the two goal hero Oromochan, right back Fred Agandu, team skipper Yunus Sibira, the dancing Yudah Mugalu and the ever industrious Bagoole who received a standing ovation upon his substitution two minutes from full time.

Anyau has stated that he hopes to earn such displays home and away as BUL is desperate to skip the relegation politics.

We need to be consistent and play well in all the remaining games as we fight against relegation.

BUL travels to the Champions Stadium in Kawempe-Matugga to take on The Saints on the 17th February 2017 before they will host URA on the 28th in Jinja.

BUL missed the services of goalkeeper Brian Bwete who was given marching orders against KCCA in the 2-0 away loss when the second round resumed.
