Dynamic Secondary School, Sonde is the champion of the Mukono Region Copa schools football qualifiers after a comprehensive 3-0 win over Namagabi S.S in Kayunga.

Safi Mansoor led the way with a brace before Yusuf Jamal capped the red letter day for the Ssaka Mpiima coached school.
Dynamic S.S and Namagabi S.S will be joined by Yale High School from Kayunga as the three schools to represent the Mukono Region at the Copa national tournament in Masaka between 6th and 20th May 2017.
Dynamic S.S had also won the Mukono zone qualifiers 4-0 against St John’s Kaggwa in the finals.
Heavy weight schools as Risah Lugazi and Mehta S.S this time round missed out.
The school technical director, Mark Twinamatisko is glad about the progress having qualified for the nationals for the second time running after the Soroti exploits last year.
The former Saints and Kirinya-Jinja S.S head coach lauded the school director, coaching team, the players and fans for the work well done.
I want to thank the school director Richard Muhumuza, coaches led by Saaka Mpiima, players and our dear fans.
This year’s national championship will be hosted by Masaka Secondary School with a total of 60 schools expected.
Schools from the Sebei region will take part as an independent region for the first time.
Kibuli S.S is the defending champion.
