URA Football Club has completed the signing of defensive midfielder Siraje Sentamu.

The former Entebbe Football Club midfield enforcer who is also fine passer of the ball put pen to paper at the tax collectors’ side on Thursday.

He has been playing at Vipers where he won the FUFA Uganda Cup in 2016 and also represented the side in the CAF Confederation Cup.

After playing out his contract with the venoms, Sentamu sought greener pastures than renew his stay at the Kitende-based club.

Recently, Vipers signed former SC Villa captain Tadeo Lwanga to bolster the midfield department that already has Deus Bukenya.

Sentamu is seen as the natural replacement for Feni Moses Ali (who was signed by Sofapaka) at the Lugazi-based side.

David Isabirye is a senior staff writer for Kawowo Sports where he covers most of the major events.
