3rd East African Beach Soccer summit

Uganda will host the 2017 East African Beach Soccer summit in the month of August.

A yet to be identified venue within the Lake Victoria peninsular town of Entebbe will host the summit.

Uganda Beach Soccer Association (UBSA) chairman Deo Mutabazi confirmed the development on Tuesday.

Uganda is privileged to host the 2017 East African Beach Soccer summit in mid- August in Entebbe.

Hosts Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar and Rwanda will be represented at the summit.

Mutabazi added that the summit will pass the 2018 competitions calendar including the CECAFA tourney.

This will be the third summit since 2014. Zanzibar held the inaugural summit.

Kenya hosted the second edition in 2015.
