Uganda Premier League sides Police FC and Bul FC will test each other’s readiness for the forthcoming campaign with a trial game on Wednesday.

The highly billed friendly match takes place at Police FC’s training ground, Kibuli SS with either side eager not only to try out their new players but also try shape up their squads.

Abdallah Mubiru, the Police FC custodian whose side has so far played three friendly games – twice against lower division side Kansanga United and Ntinda United and against St. Mary’s Kitende can’t wait for the game.

“It’s a different game altogether from the three we have played,” said Mubiru whose side has so far confirmed nine new signings.

His counterpart, Kefa Kisala also echoes similar sentiments revealing it will be a good test against a fellow premiership side.

“The boys have showed physical and mental strength and the game against Police, a side in the same division is one that will test them utmost.

Police may unleash former Proline midfielder, Gift Ali although his fitness levels remain questionable since he only joined his new teammates on Monday this week.

Norman Ojik, Hood Kaweesa and the exciting Albert Mugisa will the men tasked to unlock the visitors defence while Bul will look to the experienced Patrick Asiku for goals.
