Khalid Aucho gets second bite at the cherry in Scotland with a chance to impress at Dundee Football Club.
The Ugandan international is keenly being watched by Dundee FC Boss Neil McCann and a deal is in place for him in case he impressed.
Aucho who had unsuccessful trials at Aberdeen last summer is already in Scotland and Kawowo Sports understands he featured for the club in a trial match on Monday night against Hearts U-20 side
According to The Courrier, McCann wants to rejuvenate his squad after injuries to Craig Wighton, Sofien Moussa, Marcus Haber and Faissal El Bakhtaoui have left the side very depleted.
“We are waiting for the manager’s decision,” said Geoffrey Kayemba, the players’ agent. “But the reports coming out are positive and we hope he continues to impress,” he added.
The former Simba SC, Gor Mahia and Tusker FC midfield gem was linked a move to Ibrox last summer before joining the Dons on trial, only for the move to fail with allegations that his club asked insane transfer fees.
